23. SKINNY-FAT!? 1 shift that will skyrocket your weight loss/toning journey

For so long I was completely fixated on trying to lose weight. Every diet I did, every gym challenge, my goal was always "weight loss". This focus inevitably led to calorie deficits, focusing on limiting calorie intake, and maximising calories burned.

But every time I did lose weight, I was NEVER happy with what I saw in the mirror, because my physique would always stay looking skinny-fat.

The thing is, most women that do this ACTUALLY want a lean, toned physique. They want nice shape to their bum, toned abs, arms etc. But if you want that, then weight loss should absolutely NOT be your focus, and after this episode, you'll know exactly why that is.

Until you make this mindset shift, you will stay stuck in the skinny-fat cycle, and you just will never see the positive change in the mirror that you're looking for. But as soon as you DO, you will start seeing results within WEEKS!
