26. The quickest way to reaching your body goals with NUTRITION

The age old question: how much food is enough? How much AND WHAT should I be eating to reach my goals?

This is by far the question that causes the most angst amongst women that have body goals, and unfortunately, most women vastly UNDERestimate how much they should be eating.

At any given time (whether you know it or not!) you are in one of 3 phases. In this episode I break down each phase, AND explain which phase you should be in at which time! I explain when calorie deficits work, and more importantly the signs and symptoms to look out for that tell you WHEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN A CALORIE DEFICIT. THIS is something 90% of active women get wrong.


Finally I take you through a full breakdown of how much and what and average active woman should be eating just to stay the same weight.
