44. SKINNY-FAT SERIES: From ZERO energy and 3 coffees a day, to fuelling her body and putting her physique goals on AUTOPILOT
In this episode we revisit the story of a lady that's very close to my heart, and is one of my longest standing clients to date. KIM, has been working with me for over 2 years now (and YES, she's STILL here!).
We sat down together an dove deep into her story, and her inspiring physical AND mental transformation. We talk about all of the emotional battles she faced on her journey, how she was able to build resilience through it all, and her mindset in overcoming all her psychological blocks.
I share this journey with you in hopes that it might help to normalise the struggles of these health and fitness journeys, and how freakin' emotionally challenging and taxing they can be, but also how transcending your own fears is really the key to getting lasting results with your body, as well as a fulfilling life with complete food freedom.
