59. The biggest fatloss BLIND SPOTS ep 1: WTF are blind spots, and how can they take your nutrition & exercise to the next level?

How many times have you tried applying nutrition and exercise advice from other fitness influencers, books, diets, etc, but you didn't see any (sustainable!) results from them?

 

Sure! I know you can achieve SHORT TERM weight/fat loss by cutting out foods, going for extra runs, and being super strict, but how long does that really last? If you're anything like I was, it's likely just a few weeks after you relax all the strict rules before you start to fall back into your old ways and regain lost weight/fat...

 

That’s EXACTLY what happens when we don’t focus on our blind spots, and so in this episode I introduce blind spots to you. Uncovering my own blind spots has made a huge difference in my life, and has allowed me to achieve so much that I otherwise never would have been able to achieve. Every single one you uncover is like a weight taken off your shoulder. The second it comes off you feel so much lighter.

 

I take you through my journey of uncovering my blind spots, and then I go into depth on how you can recognise your own blind spots, as well as going into depth around one of the big ones I coach my clients through: PERFECTIONISM, and why it does more harm than good.
